As already announced on November 4, 2021, Georg Müller, Chief Financial Officer of Brenntag SE, will leave the company on March 31, 2022. For personal reasons, Georg Müller has already resigned from office by mutual agreement effective February 2, 2022.
Dr. Kristin Neumann will succeed him as Chief Financial Officer of Brenntag SE as of April 1, 2022, as already announced on December 22, 2021.
Until Dr. Kristin Neumann takes office on April 1, 2022, the responsibilities and tasks of the finance department will be taken over by the CEO on a transitional basis.
